Guarantee & Returns

a) We guarantee your satisfaction with every item you purchase from Sweethearts Danceworld if the product is clearly not what you ordered, or there is a fault in the manufacturing of such item. Garments manufactured directly by Sweethearts Danceworld are made from measurements you have provided and therefore no further responsibility will be taken. All effort will be taken to ensure you have given the measurements required by Sweethearts Danceworld.

b) Refunds or exchanges will only be made if a claim has been lodged within 10 days of sending the garment from our factory. (date of postage from Melbourne)

c) A full explanation for the reason for exchanges or refunds must be provided, in type written form, and returned with the package to our address.

d) Postage charges are not refundable.

e) Merchandise must be unworn, unaltered and all tags attached.

f) Our guarantee policy is an addition to your consumer rights under Victorian Law.

g) This guarantee is not applicable to any item produced by another company that we are registered retailers of. All items returned for exchanges or refunds will be forwarded to the supplier for their inspection and reporting, and we are not responsible for the time delay or the result of their responses in regard to the claim.
